Returns Policy

Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods bought online to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Items should be returned complete, with accessories and packaging, and handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. Contact support before returning an item so that return instructions can be provided.
